Stockport Railway Station

On Friday (16th May) Navendu Mishra the Labour MP for Stockport, secured a debate in the House of Commons on the future of Stockport Railway Stations and the others across the borough. The government are investing a substantial amount of money into the station, but we want to see this work come faster so we can have a station fit for the town.

In addition across the borough we still have Stations without step free access, which disadvantages disabled passenger. I am looking forward to the continued move towards Great British Rail, but we need the infrastructure to go with it. Thank you Nav for securing this important debate.
