After yesterday’s trip down to Parliament today I attended the Victoria Park Residents Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is an opportunity for residents to raise issues with the housing officer and hear from Stockport Homes. As councillors we attend so we can ensure that issues are picked up and those issues which are council responsibility can be sent to the right department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are concerned about this weekend’s issues with the lifts in both buildings, thank you to those residents who spoke to me about it and especially to those who looked after their vulnerable neighbours. I am raising this with Stockport Homes to see how we can improve the speed of resolution and also the communication.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
