A number of residents have been in touch this weekend to report their bins have been refused due to the lids not being fully closed.

If this has affected you please drop me an email or WhatsApp, if you can send a picture of the bin please send that too.

I am trying to find out if there is a new policy or it is being implemented differently and ensuring any change is communicated to residents.
