It was great to welcome Bev Craig for Greater Manchester Mayor to Stockport today to discuss her plans for the 11-18 Our Pass and hear more of her commitments for Stockport and Greater Manchester more widely.

Allowing all of our young people the best start in life no matter their household situation shows the values that Bev will bring as Mayor.

She will be continuing with the work that Andy Burnham started but taking it further and faster.

Here in Manor I will continue to push for greater investment from GM and look forward to working with Bev to improve all of our residents lives.
