♥️ Welcome to our park ♥️

As we end "love parks week" this weekend it is fitting that this afternoon the new play equipment in Woodbank Park will be open for business.

When we started the discussions with council officers on this we wanted it to be more than an off the shelf climbing frame and be designed to work in the space and provide challenge and fun for all children no matter their age or accessibility requirements.

The new roundabout is a feat of engineering and fully wheelchair accessible. The new swings have been made locally using a local company.

The team at the council, TLC and the contractors have done a fantastic job, thank you.

I hope everyone gets to enjoy it 🛝
