What a fantastic set of events put on today by the team at Life Leisure, I am fairly sure I have never seen as many prams and buggies in one place as there were at Stockroom today for the baby and toddler session.

It was great to join the team for Run Club where we took a 5km run along the River Mersey, it was perfect weather too.

Unlike commercial gyms Life Leisure provides facilities and classes for everyone, from SEND Swimming sessions, confidence cycling sessions through to Holiday Camps and Physical Activity Referral in Stockport which supports those with chronic health conditions.
